Join the DuxxBak Composite Decking team as a Finisher and Material Handler and play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards. In this hands-on position, you’ll be responsible for inspecting boards for brushing and embossing accuracy, identifying defects, and assisting with hourly quality checks. Finishers help maintain consistency and performance across every product that leaves our line.
In addition to quality control, you’ll handle bundling and labeling of finished goods, keep inventory records accurate, and ensure materials are staged properly for the next phase of production. Forklift certification is part of the role, as you’ll be moving bundles and scrap safely throughout the facility. We’re looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who are ready to contribute to a growing team and take pride in a job well done.

As an Extrusion Operator, you’ll play a key role in running our production lines—starting up, shutting down, and monitoring extrusion machines while ensuring product quality and workplace safety.
We operate 24/7 using a rotating 12-hour shift schedule across four teams (A, B, C, D), offering a unique opportunity to work full-time hours in fewer days each week. Qualified candidates should have at least 3 years of manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Competitive pay ranges from $22 to $27 per hour, with full benefits including 401(k) matching, health and dental insurance, and paid time off.
