For valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is acknowledged, I agree to defend, indemnify, and hold DuxxBak Composite Decking, LLC harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees and costs) arising directly or indirectly from, as a result of, or in connection with (a) DuxxBak having referred me to any party requesting a DuxxBak Certified Contractor, and/or (b) my performance, acts, or omissions in connection with any contracting services provided to any party.
